Terms of Service

Effective date: July 3, 2026

These terms govern use of the mythicmentor.com website and engagement with Mythic Mentor, a mentorship practice operated by Sharon A. Hart, 128 University Drive, Conway, SC 29526. By submitting the inquiry form, booking a discovery conversation, or engaging Sharon's services, a client agrees to these terms.

1. Nature of the Service

Mythic Mentor provides mentorship, not therapy. Sharon A. Hart is not a licensed therapist, psychologist, or clinical counselor, and no session should be treated as a substitute for licensed mental health treatment. A person in crisis should contact a licensed mental health professional or call or text 988. Additional detail on the scope of this work appears in the Mentorship Disclaimer.

2. Discovery Conversation

A free discovery conversation is offered before any paid engagement begins, either through the inquiry form or the Calendly scheduling link on this site. Completing this conversation does not obligate either party to proceed.

3. Program Structure and Fees

Current program offerings and fees are described on the Investment section of this site. Fees, payment schedules, and any prepayment discount are confirmed directly with a client before an engagement begins and may be adjusted for future clients without altering the terms already agreed to with an existing client.

4. Cancellation, Pausing, and Rescheduling

Specific scheduling, pause, and rescheduling terms for an individual engagement are set out directly with each client, generally during the discovery conversation, and are confirmed in writing before the engagement begins.

5. No Guaranteed Outcome

Mentorship is a collaborative process, and outcomes depend in part on a client's own engagement with the work. Mythic Mentor does not guarantee any particular result, career outcome, or emotional outcome from participation in the program.

6. Confidentiality

Sharon treats what a client shares during a session as confidential and does not share identifying client information without consent, other than the limited testimonial use described in the Privacy Policy for clients who have separately agreed to it. This mentorship relationship is not a licensed clinical relationship and is not covered by the confidentiality protections that apply to a licensed therapist.

7. Website Content and Intellectual Property

The text, images, and program frameworks on this site belong to Sharon A. Hart and may not be reproduced or used commercially without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Mythic Mentor and Sharon A. Hart are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of this site or participation in the mentorship program.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina.

10. Changes to These Terms

These terms may be updated from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
